The first timet happened I was in Spain with the car and the local Ford garage found no fault code recorded. They reset the computer, but on the way home the light came on again. Nov 9, 2018 · Ford Mondeo Automatic Diesel Timing Belt Problem- Help. Tried to change the timing belt on my 2008 diesel. However with it being an automatic I thought the crank as such would be locked off in park but it wasn't. As I tried to undo the crank pulley I could feel it jump now and again on the belt. Have managed to change the belt and car turns XKdXe7i.
